Always devoted to it’s customers to meet their ever changing needs, U. S. Pattern Co., Inc. is committed to implementing new technology and processes in their tooling manufacturing.

From the use of the first hydraulic and electric duplicators to CNC machining, U. S. Pattern Co., Inc. is constantly improving the quality and delivery time of new and serviced pattern equipment.

The Company has the latest CAD/CAM Software, computers and currently houses seventeen (17) CNC Machining Centers. These machines improve quality, precision and delivery times far superior than using traditional production processes. A Coordinated Measuring Machine (CMM) is also housed in the facility and utilized constantly for tooling proofs and verification with full reports available for the customer.
